What is eVeoWash?

eVeoWash is a digital platform for managing shared laundry rooms in residential buildings. It is intended for property managers (régies) and building owners.

The service is sold by subscription and is not sold individually to users. Only the property manager or building owner subscribes to the service.

• The price is CHF / month per building, flat-rate, VAT included.
• The invoice is sent automatically by email at the start of each month.
• The subscription is billed monthly, with no annual commitment.

• Free trial period
  • –The trial lasts one free month, only once per property manager account.
  • –During the trial, you can create and manage multiple buildings.
  • –Buildings added after the end of the trial are billed from the first day.
• No credit card is required to start the trial.
• At the end of the trial, the subscription is activated only if you explicitly confirm it.
• The trial can be cancelled at any time, without conditions during the trial period.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Residents have nothing to pay individually — billing is exclusively between eVeoWash and the property manager.

• The service is intended for legitimate use in the management of shared spaces in residential buildings.
• Any abusive use, data extraction, or attempt to disrupt the service is prohibited.
• eVeoWash reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation.

• All data is stored on Swiss servers, under Swiss data protection legislation.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

• The eVeoWash platform, its code, design, and content are the exclusive property of eVeoWash.
• No reproduction or use of our content is permitted without prior written authorisation.
• The name 'eVeoWash' and associated logos are registered trademarks.

• eVeoWash is provided 'as is', without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
• We are not liable for any indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

• eVeoWash may modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
• Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• These terms are governed by Swiss law, with jurisdiction in the Vaud canton (Switzerland).
• Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Vaud.
